Monday and Wednesday at 6:30am
Tuesday and Friday at 9:00am
Monday and Thursday at 6:30pm
• Sign-up within 24 hours in advance at the front desk (in person or via telephone)
• Obtain a F.A.S.T. Pass before class and submit to the Personal Trainer instructing the class
• Dates and times may change based upon demand
• F.A.S.T. Classes are 60 minute sessions
